As Ramadan comes to a close, I’m filled with mix

As Ramadan comes to a close, I’m filled with mixed emotions. Today marks the last suhoor of this blessed month, and while it’s bittersweet, I’m grateful for the chance to share my morning routine with you. Here’s a peek into how my day begins:

🌙 3 AM: Wake up for tahajjud prayers
☕ Fill my Stanley with water and enjoy my first cup of coffee
🙏 After morning prayers, it’s workout time – typically an hour-long session
🥣 With only 20-30 minutes for suhoor, I quickly prepare a small meal and enjoy my second cup of coffee along with vitamins to fuel my day

Fast forward to today, 10 months postpartum, and I’m finally seeing some positive changes. Right before I delivered I weighed in at 264 and today I’m weighing in at 228💥💥While I know there’s still work to be done, I’m embracing every step of the way.

I can’t believe it, can you!? My sweet girl is already 10 months old! 💕🌟 She’s growing up so fast right before our eyes, and I can hardly believe how quickly time is flying by. And you know what that means—time to start planning her 1st birthday!

It feels like just yesterday she was a tiny newborn in my arms, and now she’s blossoming into the most amazing little person. I wish I could press the pause button and savor every giggle, cuddle, and new discovery.

As much as I’m excited to see her grow and learn, I also want to hold onto each precious moment for as long as I can.

And yes, that means rolling out of bed at 3:30 AM … sometimes earlier. 🤷🏾‍♀️😅☕️
