Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. Losing you

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.

Losing you has left a gap in my heart that no one else could ever fill. You were always there, teaching me, dreaming big, and pushing not only me, but those around you to do the same.

I miss you deeply, there are no words to truly explain it. I promise to live with the strength and purpose as you inspired in me.

I will keep your memory alive for our children, and I pray that Allah forgives all your sins, grants you the highest level of Jannah, Al-Firdaus, and reunites us in Jannah, In Sha Allah.

I love you Moyosore. Forever my guy🕊️♥️🙏🏾

I’m no longer doing my own juicing… I’m now ordering through @PressedJuicery! 🙌”

Juicing on your own is amazing, with so many benefits, but being able to just place an order online and pick it up has been a lifesaver!

No mess, no prep, and it frees up some extra time in my day, which we all know is gold when life gets busy.

Having this option has made things so much easier! It’s a small switch that makes a big difference.

Do you make your own juice or love the convenience of ordering? Let me know in the comments—what works best for your busy life?

All out, no holding back. Building back my strength with every lift getting me closer to my goals. 🙌🏾

Today’s work:
Build to a heavy 3-rep deadlift with a 5-second negative on the way down.

I realized today that my grip strength is trash, but that’s okay…we move.

Strength training has so many benefits—better posture, more muscle, less stress. 💪🏾

How often do you strength train? I make it a priority to hit the weights at least 4x/week. Let me know your routine and what benefits you’ve noticed!

Remember, consistency is key, but don’t forget to listen to your body and rest when needed.

Hey Besties, it’s Wellness Wednesday, and the day

Hey Besties, it’s Wellness Wednesday, and the day has finally come! 🌟

I’m so excited to share that I’ve got my 75 Soft Challenge together, and I’m starting it today! Life is unpredictable right now, so I wanted a challenge that’s flexible and fits my current lifestyle. These goals are totally doable, even when things get a little crazy.

Here’s what my 75 Soft Challenge looks like:

🥗 Eat healthy. Maintain a balanced diet, but I know it’s not always easy—especially with life’s curveballs.

💧 Drink 1 gallon of water daily. Hydration is so important, and this helps keep me on track.

🏋🏾‍♀️ Workout 2x a day for a minimum of 45 minutes total. My workouts are usually about 1.5 hours, but this gives me the flexibility to take it easy if I need to.

📚 Read 10 pages of any book daily. I love to read, but making time can be tough. This challenge helps me stay committed to my reading goals.

📅 Weekly check-in: Weigh in and take a progress photo to track my journey—no daily pressure, just consistent progress.

Have you ever tried the 75 Soft or Hard Challenge before? How did it work for you? I’d love to hear your experiences!

✨ If you’re up for it, why not start this journey with me today? Join my broadcast channel to get a copy of the outlines and start your own 75 Soft Challenge. Let’s support each other on this journey to wellness and make it fun and achievable together!

Hello Monday💕

I am learning to not rush things, to be patient. To just let life be beautiful. To be happy with the present and to appreciate life.

Happy Wednesday, friends🥰

Here I am, a year postpartum, and while I’m not exactly where I want to be, I definitely recognize how far I’ve come. Progress is progress, right? But I’ve realized that what’s been holding me back is my discipline.

So, I’ve been thinking… maybe it’s time to step it up. I’m sitting here, writing out my list for 75 Hard—or maybe a 75 Soft that better fits my lifestyle. I’m torn between sticking to the standard or tailoring it to my needs.

Have you done 75 Hard before? Did you follow the standard program or create your own version? Let’s talk about it!

Today, I finally tested my one rep max after what

Today, I finally tested my one rep max after what feels like forever. 🏋🏽‍♀️ Pre-kids, I worked my way into the 300 club, and it took me about a year and a half to get back after my first. Now, after baby number two, I’m on a mission to join the 300 club again.

I started with 125lbs and pushed through to 225lbs. When I hit 175lbs, I had to take a step back, grab my weightlifting belt, and get my mind right. I love lifting heavy weights, so I was definitely scared I wouldn’t be able to complete the lift.

Testing one rep maxes isn’t something I recommend doing often, but for me, it’s necessary to track progress and work off percentages as I strive to improve and increase my strength.

When’s the last time you tested your one rep max? How did it go? Don’t be scared and pick up that weight.😝💪🏾

Ash is officially in Kindergarten🍎✏️

It’s wild to think how quickly we got here. He’s off to big kid school, no longer in daycare where I used to have so much access to him.

It’s a bit surreal to see him take this new step. He’s actually pretty excited, and I think the private kinder program really set him up for success.

I’m a mix of excitement and nervousness, realizing how much he’s growing and how I am too. Today was the last day I could walk him into his classroom, and it wasn’t as emotional as I expected.

Here’s to a year full of new friends, learning, and adventures. May God watch over and protect all of ours kiddos this year♥️🙏🏾

Hey beautiful (yes, you ☺️)! It’s Wellness Wedne

Hey beautiful (yes, you ☺️)!

It’s Wellness Wednesday, and I wanted to share a bit about what’s been going on and how I’ve been finding moments for self-care.

With my son starting ‘big kid’ school (no more daycare 😭), things have been busy! Between keeping the house in order, spending time with my little one, and everything else, finding time for self-care has been a challenge.

But here’s the thing I’ve learned: self-care doesn’t have to be a grand event. It’s those small, precious moments that truly count. This morning, I opted to tidy up instead of working out, which was a bit of a bummer, but it reminded me of the importance of creating a serene environment.

When life gets hectic, I lean into simple self-care rituals—like a relaxing soak with Epsom salts and bubbles or reading a good book with a cup of coffee when the house is finally quiet. These moments are everything. 🛁📖☕

Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Even if it’s just 15 minutes a day, find that time to do something for you. It could be anything—planning your workouts, tidying up your space, or just enjoying some quiet time. These small acts of self-care add up and make a huge difference.

I’d love to hear from you—what are your favorite self-care routines? Drop them in the comments and let’s inspire each other to keep our cups full! Plus, I’m thinking of adding another type of self-care to my routine—share in the comments!
