So, we’re here again. It’s time for a little update on my sweet girls. It’s been a beautiful month filled with familiarity, attempts at standing (before crawling, of course), and lots of adorable moment.
Asiyah mama, you are keeping us on our toes! I mean who needs to crawl first? This girl is all about standing. Whether it’s grabbing my shirt to pull herself up or bouncing in her walker, this girl is determined to be on her feet before anything else. And, the cutest attention-grabbing move – those little hands clenching open and close. Reserved for mama only, it’s the cutest thing.
My sweet girl is such a chatterbox, making her presence known. Babbling away, singing along with her favorite tunes from Dave and Ave & Gracie’s Corner. And my goodness, everything goes into this girls mouth – even my hair! Her walker is a bouncing haven, and she a pro at moving backward.
While I miss those long, drawn-out naps, peaceful nights are a welcomed trade-off. I definitely need to solidify a bedtime routine that works for her. Oof, I’ve been slacking on book time, we will definitely get that going. The introduction to solids is in the works. Turkey bacon, eggs, bananas, and strawberries are favorites on the menu … hoping to expand her tastebuds soon.
Tami Tam, our little star, demands attention and love from the whole family. She refuses to miss out on anything when we’re all together.
One moment forever etched in my heart is the way her face lights up in the morning when she sees me – truly magical.
My little girl is growing, and this mama is treasuring every moment. No challenges for her at the moment; she’s just a baby figuring out the world. Excited about her next pediatrician’s visit, and eager to witness her latest milestones. Time flies, but for now, let’s revel in the joy, the smiles, and the wonderful world as seen through Asiyah’s eyes.
