Ladies and gentlemen, week 1 has already been completed. I work full time and I’m a mom, so week 1 break down was a no go. Just know that I did gain some weight back and as of January 11, 2020 I weighed in at 198 lbs. I will also make sure to post weekly updates on how everything went for week 2. I’m happy that this was not bout losing the weight, but more about putting the right food into my body, and giving it what it needed. I did get sick on and off for about 2 1/2 weeks, but still ate clean. I will admit that it frustrates me sometimes, so I remind myself or where I started, and that this is a journey.
