Hello spring!
Did you know March was National Nutrition Month? And to help me find some new healthy items, Babbleboxx sent over some goodies for me to try out. As my due date approaches, exercise and nutrition are two of my main priorities, so I can be prepared for delivery and postpartum. I am always on the lookout for nutritious options to support me in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve got all the details below!
The Secret Nature of Fruit – Powered by Dole
These vitamin chews provide your body with essential nutrients and antioxidants. These stood out to me, because they only contain natural fruit sugars without all the unnecessary additives. Scored extra points with me because there’s no gelatin! I was sent the beauty and energy vitamins.

CORE Foods
I’ve always been a fan of CORE foods. Especially being that gut health is at the core of all of their products. Core bars are vegan bars that provide your body with essential nutrients and immune support with a combination of probiotics.

I love that these bars provides you with the protein plus fiber without the extra sugar. I usually grab one of these out of the refrigerator when I get the urge to go on a snack rage, it’s pretty common in pregnancy. It quickly curbs my cravings for something sweet and its easy to eat on the go.
Their Adaptogen Bars helps support the nervous systems and serves as a mood booster.
The Keto Bars are certified Keto and only contain 3g Net Carbs, a great low carb option especially when supporting your diet and keeping you fueled up.
Be sure to keep your CORE bars refrigerated.
You can find these yummy bars at corefoods or Amazon!
Soulless Ginger Ale
Oh Soulless knows the way to my heart, because I am a ginger ale girlie! I was super excited to try these out being that they are low in sugar and non-alcohol soft drink made for the adults. This is great for anyone who is sober curious or just wants to socialize without alcohol and the unnecessary hangover in the morning.
Socialize and be healthy is their motto and I’m here for it.

There are only 6g of sugar per can. These drinks are cold pressed and come in 4 different flavors, Original Ginger Ale, Lime Ginger Ale, Blueberry Ginger Ale, and Cranberry Ginger Ale. I’d have to give the lime the number 1 spot on my list, plus I LOVE ginger. It gives that extra kick of spice.
